The white paper “Equitable Electric Vehicle Planning in Central Oregon” explores interest in electric vehicles (EVs) in Central Oregon. While many residents are interested, concerns about cost, charging, and knowledge gaps pose barriers. It then makes recommendations regarding education, affordable EVs, improved charging infrastructure, and equitable solutions to promote EV adoption.
